Phoebe Theodorakis (フェーベ・テオドラキス) is a side character that appears in Muv-Luv Alternative Total Eclipse (Anime). A 15 year old Greek and youngest operator for the XFJ Program together with Lida Canales and Niram Rawamunando. Although she is comfortable in the uniform of a woman officer, she is often wary of older men.

- She bears the name of a Titan (sons and daughters of Uranus and Gaia) in the Greek Mythology. Phoebe's also a moon of Saturn.
- Her family name is the same as Greece's best-known composer.
